I have been taking this magic pill for many years now and I never feel good about myself without it. I am talking about the wonders that physical exercise does for my mind and body.

You read it right. Exercise is not only for the body, but for me personally, it helps my mind function better. Having a sexy and fit body is more of a side effect. Ofcourse, there is not one rule as to the right amount of exercise for anyone. It largely depends on the work that you do (your profession), the kind of lifestyle that you have, your body type, body weight, and your – GOAL. It goes without saying that the more weight that you need to lose, the more physical exertion that you should do because there is more fats and calories to burn.  The kind of work that you have can determine how physically active you are.
